Quick answer

Is it cheaper abroad?

360 liposuction abroad commonly runs from about £2,500 for an all inclusive package, against roughly £5,000 to £10,000 privately in the UK, with US totals higher still. Because it treats the abdomen, flanks, waist, and back together, savings of 60 to 70 percent are common, mostly from lower costs rather than lower quality.

Indicative ranges, reviewed November 2025, that vary by the areas treated, the volume of fat, technique, and what the package covers. These are not a quote and not a promise of a result.

What it really costs

The price, honestly.

360 liposuction is a circumferential treatment of the midsection, so it sits above single area pricing. Abroad it often runs roughly a third to a half of UK or US pricing for comparable work, mostly because of lower labour and facility costs and a competitive market, not lower quality by default.

Indicative ranges, reviewed November 2025. Not a quote. A headline price far below the rest of the market often means a key cost, or a qualified surgeon, has been left out.

Abroad figures reflect all inclusive package pricing reported for popular destinations, converted approximately. US totals depend on the number of areas and are not directly comparable to package pricing. Always confirm in writing what the price covers and the billing currency.

What drives the price

Why two quotes differ.

Areas, volume, technique, and anaesthesia move the price more than the country does.

360 liposuction is priced by the work involved, and treating the full midsection means more areas and usually more time under anaesthetic than a single area, so it costs more than basic liposuction. The main drivers are the areas included, the volume of fat to be removed, and the technique. Traditional tumescent liposuction is usually the lowest cost, while ultrasound assisted methods such as Vaser and laser assisted methods generally add to the price.

Anaesthesia matters too. Circumferential work is often done under general anaesthetic in a hospital theatre, which costs more than a small single area under local. Surgeon experience, the facility, the garments, medication, and any included reviews or revision all feed into the total.

A genuine quote should itemise these. If a price is quoted before anyone has assessed which areas you need and your skin quality, treat it as marketing rather than a real estimate.

Why abroad differs, and the catch

Cheaper is not simpler.

Lower cost abroad is mostly structural, not a discount on safety. The catch is that the same market that lowers prices also rewards the cheapest possible offer.

Lower labour and facility costs, favourable exchange rates, and fierce competition all push prices down in popular destinations, often without lowering quality at a properly accredited clinic. That is the honest upside.

The downside is that the very cheapest offers can cut corners on surgeon time, theatre standards, aftercare, and what happens if something goes wrong. With 360 work this matters more, because larger volume removal raises the risk of fluid shifts, so a package price that looks far below the rest of the market is a reason to ask more questions, not fewer.

Budget for the full trip, not just the surgery: flights, extra nights of accommodation, garments and medication, time off work, and dedicated cover for complications. Build these in before you compare.

Common questions

The things everyone asks.

How much does 360 liposuction cost abroad?

Indicatively from about £2,500 for an all inclusive package, rising with advanced techniques and the number of areas. Reviewed June 2026. Always get an itemised written quote, since price depends on your assessment.

Why is 360 liposuction cheaper abroad?

Mostly lower labour and facility costs, exchange rates, and strong competition, not lower quality by default. A price far below the rest of the market, though, can be a warning sign.

What is not included in the headline price?

Often flights, extra accommodation nights, garments and medication, time off work, and complications cover. Always confirm in writing exactly what the package covers and the billing currency.

Why does 360 cost more than basic liposuction?

It treats the abdomen, flanks, waist, and back together, so it involves more areas, usually more time, and often general anaesthesia, all of which raise the price.

Does a higher price mean a better result?

Not on its own. Surgeon experience, facility standards, and patient selection matter more than headline price. Use the questions on our what to ask guide to judge any quote.
