All on 6, the questions that matter.

A careful clinic answers every question below in writing without flinching. Here are the six that separate good full arch care from a risky deal, including whether you really need six implants, and the red flags that should stop you. We never name a clinic.

The one honest thing
Ask why six implants rather than four, and whether you have the bone for them. More implants are not automatically better for every case.
Quick answer

What should I ask a clinic?

Ask who places the implants and makes the bridge and their qualifications, why six implants rather than four and whether you have the bone for them, and whether you get a temporary set on the day. Then ask which implant brand and bridge material are used, whether the final bridge is in the price, how many visits it takes, and what the guarantee covers if an implant fails once you are home.

A clinic that answers these plainly and in writing is the one to trust. Pressure to commit to same day permanent teeth with no assessment is a warning sign. This is general information, not medical advice.

How to choose and what to ask

Six questions before you pay.

A safe clinic answers all six without flinching and puts the answers in writing. Use them to judge any clinic you are sent, wherever it is. We never name clinics.

1
Who places the implants and makes the bridge?
A full arch is surgery plus skilled prosthetic work. Ask for the names and qualifications of the registered surgeon and the dental technician, and whether you can verify them.
2
Why six implants rather than four, and do I have the bone?
Six implants can add support but need enough stable bone. Ask why six is recommended for your case and whether a scan confirms you are suitable or whether grafting is needed first.
3
Will I get a temporary set, and when does the final bridge come?
Many cases fit a temporary bridge on the day if the implants are stable enough, with the permanent bridge after months of healing. Ask for the timeline so you know what same day teeth really means.
4
Which implant brand and bridge material, and is the final bridge in the price?
Ask for the implant make and the bridge material, such as acrylic, composite, or zirconia, and confirm whether the quote includes the permanent bridge or only the temporary one.
5
How many visits, and do I need a second trip?
A full arch usually spans more than one visit, with the final bridge fitted after healing. Ask whether you need to travel again and how long the gap is, so you can plan and budget.
6
What is the guarantee and revision plan if an implant fails?
If one of the implants fails it can affect the whole bridge. Get in writing what the guarantee covers, who pays, and how a revision would be arranged once you are home.
Warning signs

The red flags that should stop you.

Permanent teeth the same day

The teeth fitted on the day are a temporary set. A clinic promising the final bridge with no healing time is overstating what is safe.

A price for the temporary only

A headline figure that covers only the temporary stage leaves out the permanent bridge. If the clinic will not itemise it, walk away.

No scan or candidacy check

No scan to check your bone, or a yes to six implants with no proper assessment, is a reason to look elsewhere.

Get Matched with a vetted clinic

Ask the right questions, of vetted clinics.

Send one brief and we route it to vetted clinics that answer honestly about candidacy, why six implants, the temporary and final bridge, the brand, and the full cost. You choose, with no pressure.

Free and no obligation. Accredited clinics only. We never sell your details.

We reply within two working days. Your details are never sold.

How we make money: the guides are free and no clinic can pay to be named, ranked or recommended. We never name clinics. Get Matched is an optional service that helps keep the guides free and independent of any one clinic; using it is always your choice and you are never charged. How this works.

Common questions

The things everyone asks.

Who should do All on 6 treatment?

A registered surgeon to place the implants and a skilled dental technician to make the bridge. Ask for both sets of credentials, and check them on a public register where you can.

Do I need six implants or would four do?

It depends on your bone and your case. Six can add support, but more implants are not automatically better. Ask why six is recommended for you and what the alternative would be.

Are the teeth fitted on the day permanent?

Usually no. Many cases fit a temporary bridge on the day, with the stronger permanent bridge after months of healing. Ask for the timeline so you know what same day teeth really means.

Is the final bridge included in the quote?

Not always. Some quotes cover only the temporary stage. Ask for the implant brand, the bridge material, and confirmation that the permanent bridge is included before comparing prices.

What should the guarantee cover?

Get in writing what happens if an implant fails, who pays for a revision, and how it would be arranged once you are home. With a full arch a single failed implant can affect the whole bridge, so this matters.
